Meet the Team Leaders

David Driscoll:  BS, CPIM, CCP: David has over thirty years of manufacturing experience in both line and staff positions. In addition to his management consulting, he has vast experience in various positions including Director of Support Services at Sintaks Unlimited, Director of MIS at Philadelphia Gear, and Programmer at Pennsylvania Hospital and King of Prussia Research and Development. He also has twenty five years of experience installing and operating ERP manufacturing software. He is APICS certified and has a CPIM and CCP

Michelle Brownlee: Michelle has twenty years of Information Technology experience, twelve of which have been in ERP implementation and support. She has managed an 85-user network with multiple servers/multiple platforms in a multi-company network, implemented two warehouse systems, and then integrated these systems to the accounting system. Her ERP experience includes installation, implementation, training and support of Syspro, Syspro CRM, e.Net Solutions Document Flow Manager, Barcode Warehouse Implementation, integrating Syspro with MS Office, and Business to Business Trading and EDI Implementation. Michelle has implemented and supported EDI functionality within Syspro with both ANSIx12 and EDIFACT standards for the last twelve years. Her knowledge of computers ranges from workstations to servers, both hardware and software. Knowledge of Server Operating Systems includes Microsoft NT, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server, SQL 2000, SQL 2005 and SQL 2008. Workstation operating systems include DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Maggy Burnick: Maggy has thirty years of experience in Information Management Systems, developing user-friendly applications in all areas of manufacturing, distribution, and benefits administration. Her major projects have included the customization of ProfitKey Software Database; design and programming of Syspro Applications; programming and implementation of Microsoft Access applications; the installation and maintenance of a number of mainframe operation systems using SQL, Net Express, VB, .net, and UNIX; the installation and maintenance of personal computer and workstation software on all levels of Windows.

Diane Haney, BS - Pennsylvania State University:  Diane has been employed by Driscoll & Associates for 8 years.  Prior to joining Driscoll & Associates, she worked for 12 years as a developer for a successful automotive parts manufacturer and distributor.  There, she worked closely with the user community to develop software that met both their needs as well as the business's needs.  She designed and coded software applications for many areas of the business such as sales, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and engineering.  At Driscoll & Associates, Diane has gained a thorough knowledge of Syspro from both a user and developer's perspective.  She has continued to design and code programs for many different types of business processes, always with the main focus of delivering what will solve the business problem or improve the business.  In addition to taking courses that advance her technical skills, such as C++ and VB, Diane has taken classes to advance her understanding of business such as APICS and NAFTA regulations.

Carl Daddona, BS - East Carolina University 1966: Carl has 38 years in Information Technology including programming, application development, system implementations, system support, management, and Account Executive. He has been Senior Account Executive at First American Financial managing the GMAC Mortgage contract, Senior Account Executive for Andersen Consulting responsible for major outsourcing contracts including Sun Oil Co., GE Financial Services, and GE Fleet Services. Carl was the Director, Technical Systems and support at Subaru of America. With a staff of 38 professional, he was responsible for the operations, systems, networks, and helpdesk support. Carl also served as System Branch Manager for Unisys, Philadelphia Manufacturing Branch, responsible for new client implementations, post-implementation client support, and system pre-sales proposal review and approval.

Connie Steiner, BA : Connie has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in various industries including; wood products, scientific glass products, Defense, aerospace, vacuum, and semiconductor industries, concentrating in the areas of accounting, estimating, costing, inventory management, and MRP/ERP implementation and training. Her areas of concentration have included internal audits, financial analysis and reporting, payroll and labor reporting, and the establishment of controls, development, review, and updating of business procedures and policies. Connie was a key member of a Lean Manufacturing deployment. Her software expertise includes Qantel mainframe, MACOLA, Encore, Syspro, Exact MAX, Great Plains, Abra, and Microsoft products.
